Empower Self-Defense Training

This course takes a holistic approach to self-defense, emphasizing both physical and psychological strategies. The workshop is designed to improve your awareness, personal safety, and self-confidence. Each session is presented by professional martial artists. No prior martial arts experiences required. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Brought to you by: The Emily Taylor Center for Women & Gender Equity, KU Recreation Services, Student Senate, and the Campus Safety Committee.

Two Sessions Per Week at Ambler Student Recreation Center
Weekly Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
No registration required. Open to students and faculty only.
