Self Defense Training

This course takes a holistic approach to self-defense, emphasizing both physical and psychological strategies. The workshop is designed to improve your awareness, personal safety, and self-confidence. Each session is presented by professional martial artists from Premier Martial Arts. KU Women 4 KU Women Fund

This fund, created by the Women Philanthropists for KU, provides one-time assistance for KU full-time senior or graduate-level women students with an emergency or urgent need (non-medical) to help them achieve their goals and pursue their life/career path. Specific needs may include assistance with book expenses, leadership conference fees, graduate exam application fees, and job interview costs.
